Pin needle manufacturers tell you what raw materials made of pin needle?

Pinneedle manufacturers tell you what raw materials are used to make PIN needles? Pinneedle manufacturers tell you that most of the PIN needles are made of tungsten carbide as raw materials. Because the pins are used to complete the electrical (signal) conduction of the connector. Therefore, the material requirements of the pin must be able to transmit electricity (signal). In addition, since heat is easily generated during electrical (signal) conduction, the corresponding pin must have sufficient heat resistance.

Pin needle manufacturersTell you what raw materials are used to make PIN needles? PIN needle manufacturers tell you that most of the PIN needles are made of tungsten carbide as raw materials. Because the pins are used to complete the electrical (signal) conduction of the connector. Therefore, the material requirements of the pin must be able to transmit electricity (signal). In addition, since heat is easily generated during electrical (signal) conduction, the corresponding pin must have sufficient heat resistance. On the other hand, the pin also has a certain connection function, so it needs to be pulled out and inserted frequently. Therefore, the material of the pin must be hard and wear-resistant. In addition, the PIN pin also acts as a conduction and connection electrical (signal), so it must be sufficiently resistant to corrosion so as not to affect the use of the connector.

The pin needle manufacturer tells you that the processing process of the pin needle is roughly divided into the following processes:

1. Turning: Select the copper rod, add it to the supply pipe of the fastener and fix it. The parts coming out of the car should be compared with the paper to measure the size, confirm whether the parts meet the size and tolerance requirements, and observe the appearance requirements through a microscope.

2. The whole column of needle tubes: pour an appropriate amount of needles into the whole column box, set the mechanical parameters, then put the whole column box into the whole column, and press the green start button to fix the whole column box. The machine vibrates to cause the needle to enter the hole.

3. The entire spring column: Pour the appropriate amount of spring into the entire spring column, grab the spring plate and the entire hot box, and shake it back and forth to make the spring fall into the hole.

4. The whole column of needles: Pour an appropriate amount of needles into the whole column, and then grab the needle plate shaking back and forth of the whole column frame to let the needles fall into the hole.

5. Riveting pressure: Check whether there is insufficient spring or insufficient needle shaft. Use tweezers to correct the crooked needle product. After confirming that it is correct, gently place the finished plate on the rivet platform according to the direction, and the rivet will automatically add rivets.

6. Compression full inspection: compress each needle 3-5 times with an indenter to check whether there are any such undesirable phenomena as crooked needle, shrinking needle, folding needle, crushing injury, electroplating color difference, coating shedding, etc.

7. Rubber core, single needle whole row and rotating plate: pour a proper amount of single needle into the whole row, grasp the single needle and the whole row box, and shake back and forth to make the single needle fall into the hole.

Pin pin manufacturers tell you what are the common pin pin types? Let's take a look.

1. Pin pin pin: knowledge of plug pin technology and design for industrial sockets and plugs. The pin is inserted into the elastic sleeve. Pins are made of brass. Brass has better mechanical properties than red copper, but it has higher resistance than red copper and silver. In addition, brass is easily oxidized. Oxidation results in greater contact resistance. The contact resistance is too large. In order to prevent the temperature rise caused, the pins must have sufficient pressure. However, excessive pressure makes the plug or socket difficult to insert and remove. The plug-in pin has the obvious advantages of low material cost, easy manufacturing, good quality control, and is an IEC(ceeform) approved technology.

2. Contact PIN pin: contact pin for industrial socket and plug. This type of short-circuit current tolerance is greater, but the stitch material must be a silver alloy, which is expensive. These pins are widely used, especially in the field of electric locomotives.
