Rectangular electrical connector is a connector in the form of a short shell, which does not have the function of oblique insertion. When inserting, it should be pushed in the right direction first and then slowly, because it is necessary to automatically align the position when twisting the needle. It is recommended to put together or separate the connectors and observe them with eyes. Operate carefully to prevent the product from being deflected in transition and try not to move from the pull-out method. In particular, it is necessary to avoid excessive deflection at the moment of insertion or separation, otherwise it may cause damage to the pins, jacks, housings and other components.

Avoid the root of the cable during use and prevent the cable from being exposed or broken. For sealed rectangular connector products supported by glass insulators, the terminals should not be welded at will during welding, and the terminals should not be shaken from side to side when pulling out the terminals. Handle it carefully, too. For frequent insertion and removal applications, if required, you can choose from converters, conversion cables or anti-tilt connectors.

For rectangular connectors that require soldering, avoid damaging the connector due to excessive soldering iron temperature or long soldering time. When placed, the connector should be inserted or equipped with a dust cover. Attachment fittings shall be installed with supporting installation tools to prevent excessive torque from damaging screws or nuts. When the installation accessories need to be loose, it is recommended to take necessary anti-loosening measures (such as adding elastic washers, etc.).
