The greater the moisture in the environment, the service life of the circular connector jack will be affected. Therefore, there are many products that are less affected by water when they are produced.
2. Temperature: Different seasons, the temperature is different, especially in summer, the ambient temperature is high, and the presence of current after insertion will increase the heat, causing the jack temperature to rise easily. High temperature will change the service life of the circular connector jack. Generally, the working temperature of the circular connector jack is -60 -200.
Salt spray: The study found that when the temperature is 35 degrees and the concentration of salt solution is 3%, it will cause corrosion to the metal parts. Once the metal plate of the circular connector socket is corroded, the performance will decrease.
In addition, vibration and shock will also affect the service life of the circular connector jack. When there is vibration and shock in the use environment, the robustness of the circular connector connection will be impressed. Therefore, in order to prolong the service life of the product, the manufacturer will pass the vibration and shock environment test before leaving the factory.
